I have developed a product that lets you connect two whiteboard erasers together to make one long eraser. It's called the "Eraser Gator." I had a prototype 3D printed. Eraser Gator - Take a bite out of better erasing.

A lot of mobile phone and tablet games these days seem to leave out a help screen. The help screen can be really useful for new users and allows players to have that, "so THAT's how it works" moment. Especially in the indie game scene, it is easy for developers to assume new users will know how to play or will somehow pick it up as they go along... Spark Cycles may be a simple concept, but I still included a 'Help' screen to get players started. It outlines the rules of the game, methods of control (touch screen buttons or keyboard), and game options.
Sometimes a few tweaks in the programming can make all the difference! Spark Cycles allows users to adjust the speed of the game. After testing the game today on speed 1 (minimum) and speed 9 (maximum), I determined that speed 9 wasn't quite fast enough to challenge the most seasoned players. After a few small adjustments, speed 9 is now faster than ever, to keep even the most experienced gamers on the edge of their seats!
Back to playing... I mean, testing the game! |
